Gaymers EU is an open group, everyone is welcome to join us on any of the events. And everyone literally means everyone who in any way can identify with the LGBTQ+ community as well as those sympathizing to the LGBTQ+ community. For Gaymers EU everything revolves around the Games

No, Gaymers EU is a non-profit foundation. Joining our Facebook, Discord and online events are all free of charge. We only ask for a small fee to join some of our Offline events.

For some of the events you need a ticket so we know how many will attend. Free slots are sometimes limited so we need to keep track of the number of attendees.

Gaymers EU is a non-profit foundation, al our income will flow back into the foundation. To keep everything running we do need some means wich will be financed from our events.

We charge 20 euro per person for a GameNight. €17,50 will go the the host who buys plenty of soda, snacks, a hearty meal and breakfast. €2,50 per ticket always flows into the foundation to keep everything running.

When we host a 3 day Game Night or a Game Night with a BBQ the ticket price increases to €25,- to ensure plenty of stuff for the BBQ or added night.

Pleas note that the ticket sale on the website closes 2 weeks before the start of the Game Night. If there are still tickets available, you can get them from the host, with someone from the board or by using the form on the right.
From this moment on, there is also no refund of your ticket possible.

On our (online) public events it is possible for pictures being taken for use on our social channels. If you have a problem with any of the pictures, you can send us a response here.

Yes you can! However, we do have to hold you to some terms for hosting a GameNight. For example, you need to be able to host at least 10 guests, who can also spend the night. Off course! When buying your ticket, you can send us your dietary requirements. And you can also host your own GameNight, you are not obligated to buy any meat if you don’t want to, plenty of other delicious options are available.

Gaymers EU is a non-profit foundation. To keep everything running we need some funds we obtain trough the sale of our merchandise. And how cool would it be to join an event in one of our shirts!

Yes you can! Beside the occasional GameNight there’s plenty of jobs you can apply to as an volunteer.

Maybe you would be an excellent candidate for one of our projectteams. Or perhaps you would like to be one of the Gaymers to help plan for our next meetup at the Efteling or a new Gaymer Camp (like far from home) or perhaps some briljant idea of  your own?
