The first day we’ll start by allowing everybody to quietly settle in. For that reason, you’re welcome after 15:00 or later. You can even arrive sometime after work/school etc. There will be food for the evening served around 20:00 (which you honestly don’t want to miss, we promise!).
Sunday, after a relaxing morning, we’ll start the clean-up around noon. This will give us more than enough time to still play some games after getting rid of our messes. At 18:00 we close the building behind us and unfortunately go back homewards. Waving goodbyes with waterfilled eyes.
The rest of our stay shall be filled with ample time for boardgames, walking, chatting. You’ll be free to fill it with what you want. In addition, Each Day we’ll organise a ‘big game’. Because of the many big games last edition, we had less time for just sitting around the table. With one a day, we hope to strike a better balance. Spoilers: for Sunday, this is the big clean-up game.
For those who are financially struggling to justify the ticket expense, the Stichting Gaymers EU has an opportunity to apply a social rate. To know if you qualify, please contact secretariaat@gaymers.eu or the board on discord.
